- Ready-to-ship products are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.
- Customised or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time before dispatch.
- After dispatch, deliveries to major cities usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days.
- Deliveries to smaller cities or remote areas may take 3 to 7 working days or longer depending on the courier route.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
