Do I need an account to place an order?

If guest checkout is available on the store, you can place an order without creating an account. If account-based ordering is required for a specific flow, the site will prompt you during checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Ready-to-ship orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, and deliveries to major cities usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. Customised orders may take longer.

Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

We aim to deliver across Pakistan through courier partners. Serviceability may vary in remote locations, and we may contact you if a destination needs manual confirmation.

Can I place a customised order?

Yes, customised or design-led products are part of the long-term direction of emug.pk. Availability depends on the product and current service scope, so contact support for custom enquiries.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

If your order has not been processed or dispatched yet, contact support immediately. Once an order is in production or with the courier, changes may not be possible.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Contact support as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and guide you on the next step.

Will the product look exactly like the images on the website?

We try to present products as accurately as possible, but slight differences in colour, print placement, or finish can happen depending on screen settings, lighting, or the production process.
