About emug.pk
About Us
emug.pk is a Pakistan-based online store built around thoughtful everyday products that feel personal, useful, and giftable. We are starting with mugs and design-led drinkware, and the long-term vision is to grow into a broader collection of customised and creatively designed products for personal use, gifting, work desks, and special occasions.
Our promise
Printed with care. Delivered all over Pakistan.
Mugs that say what you mean, delivered to your door all over Pakistan.
Our direction
What we are building
Our goal is to make it easier for customers in Pakistan to find products that feel more personal than off-the-shelf basics. We care about useful products, clean design, and pieces that can be enjoyed daily or given as meaningful gifts.
Today that starts with mugs and similar items, but our store is designed to expand into more customised, printed, curated, and design-focused categories over time.
- Products chosen for everyday use, gifting, and personal expression
- Collections that can grow from mugs into wider lifestyle and customised categories
- A focus on clear product presentation, straightforward ordering, and local delivery
Store principles
What matters to us
Design first
We want every product to feel intentional, whether it is minimal, playful, expressive, or made for a specific occasion.
Built for gifting
Many of our products are naturally giftable, so we think carefully about presentation, quality, and the overall order experience.
Local relevance
Our store is built for customers in Pakistan, with local delivery, local support expectations, and policies written for the local market.
Room to customise
As we expand, personalised and custom-designed products will remain a core part of how the brand evolves.
Customers
Who emug.pk is for
We are building for people who want products with character, whether they are ordering something for themselves, buying a practical gift, or looking for a custom item for a team, event, celebration, or small business.
That includes students, professionals, gifting customers, small teams, and anyone who wants useful items that still feel personal.
As the catalogue grows, product categories, custom options, and service details may evolve. The store will continue to focus on quality, clarity, and practical delivery across Pakistan.
